Dr. Mikal received her Masters degree from California State University, Long Beach and her doctorate in Audiology through the University of Florida. She is committed to providing the latest technology and the highest standard of care to her patients. In her spare time, Dr. Mikal enjoys photography, traveling with her husband, Michael, and architecture from the Arts and Crafts Movement.
Griselda Ramirez
Certified Audiology Assistant
We have been fortunate to have Griselda on our team since 2006. Many of our patients remember when Griselda first started as our receptionist, and cheered her on while she was working to obtain her certification as an Audiology Assistant. Griselda now works hard assisting Dr. Mikal with all aspects of patient care from pediatric hearing testing to hearing aid fitting. She is truly a joy to work with, and will assure that you feel right at home in our office. In addition to assisting our doctor, Griselda is a certified medical biller and therefore can answer any insurance coverage questions you may have. Griselda is fluent in both English and Spanish, and says that her favorite part of working at Sound Solutions is helping patients through the process of better hearing. Griselda and her husband Danny have four fantastic kiddos that keep them on their toes. In her “spare time” Griselda enjoys spending time with her family and trying new recipes.
