Mikal Caldwell-Miller, Au.D., F-AAABoard Certified Doctor of Audiology
Dr. Mikal received her Masters degree from California State University, Long Beach and her doctorate in Audiology through the University of Florida. She is committed to providing the latest technology and the highest standard of care to her patients. In her spare time, Dr. Mikal enjoys photography, traveling with her husband, Michael, and architecture from the Arts and Crafts Movement.
Cindy McGeePatient Care Coordinator
Cindy’s extensive background working in customer service made her a great fit for our team. As one of the friendly faces that greet you at the door, she can help you schedule an appointment or answer questions you might have about hearing aids. She also works with local doctors in the area in order to insure their referrals are handled efficiently. As our newsletter coordinator, Cindy makes sure our patients are informed of developments in our office and our industry. If you’re not on our newsletter mailing list be sure and call her to sign up! Cindy, her husband Rob, and their son Garrett recently moved back to Southern California after living the island life on Maui for almost four years.
Griselda RamirezPatient Care Coordinator
We have been fortunate to have Griselda on our team for 18 months. She is truly the glue holds us together, and will assure that you feel right at home in our office. She handles patient scheduling, insurance questions, and all accounts receivable. Griselda is fluent in both English and Spanish and can answer many questions you might have about hearing aids. This year she went back to school to further her education and is working towards becoming our audiology assistant in the near future. Griselda and her husband Danny have four fantastic kiddos that keep them on their toes.
